Storage and Usage
Storage:
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by ‘use by’ date shown. Use by: see front of pack. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.

Preparation:
Shallow fry: From Chilled
Remove all packaging.
Medium heat 5 mins.
Pre-heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan, add burgers and fry over a medium heat. Turn halfway. Drain well before serving. Check the burgers are piping hot throughout before serving and there is no raw meat inside.
