Ingredients
For burger:
- Hull’s Platinum Sweet Chilli Burgers
- Brioche buns
- Handful of fresh lettuce
- Sliced tomato
- Gherkins
- Mature Cheddar
For ranch sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon dried chives
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Ranch Sauce:
- Gather all ingredients and begin by mixing mayonaise and sour cream vigorously until fully combines.
- Gently mix in chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Refigerate sauce until burger cooked.
Burger:
- Cook Hull’s Platinum Sweet Chilli burger thoroughly in line with packaging instructions.
- Once burger in cooked, slice brioche buns and toast lightly on a griddle pan or toaster.
Assemble:
- Place a generous dollop of ranch sauce on lower bioche bap and garnish with lettuce, sliced tomato, and gherkin
- Add sweet chilli burger followed by mature cheddar cheese.
Serve
- Plate with your choice of side. We recommend potato wedges or fries.
