The Hull-ster Fry

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil
  • Hull’s Veg Roll Slices
  • Your favourite Hull’s Sausages
  • Free range eggs
  • Soda farls
  • Potato farls
  • Pancakes
  • Black pudding
  • Tomato
  • Baked beans
  • Mushrooms
  • Baked beans

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add your favourite Hull’s sausages to the hot pan and fry until thoroughly cooked. (Why not try our square sausages?). Alternatively grill in line with cooking instructions on packaging.
  3. As with the sausages, fry or grill Hull’s vegetable roll slices until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Fry bacon rashers until cooked as personal preference.
  5. Fry black pudding until thoroughly cooked in line with packaging instructions.
  6. In a clean pan, lightly fry potato falls until crispy.
  7. Fry free-range eggs (sunny-side up)- leave the yolk runny, we think that is the best way to enjoy an egg!
  8. Toast soda farls and pancakes until lightly browned.
  9. As optional extras, add fried mushrooms, fried sliced tomato and baked beans to complete your Ulster fry.

Now you have cooked and prepared all of the components of the iconic Ulster fry, plate up and enjoy!
