The Hull’s Loaded Hotdog

Ingredients

  • 4 hotdog buns
  • 4 Hull’s pork hotdogs
  • 1 cup shredded smoked Applewood cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise for drizzling
  • Hot sauce or sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Hotdogs:
    • Grill or boil the hotdogs according to your preference until fully cooked.
  • Toast the Buns:
    • Toast the hotdog buns on the grill, in a pan, or in a toaster until they are golden brown.
  • Assemble the Hotdogs:
    • Place a cooked hotdog into each bun.
  • Load with Cheese:
    • Place a generous amount of smoked applewood cheese over each hotdog.
  • Add Toppings:
    • Layer on diced tomatoes, diced onions, pickled jalapeños, and chopped cilantro.
  • Top with Bacon:
    • Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of the loaded hotdogs for an extra savory kick.
  • Drizzle with Sauces:
    • Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the toppings. Add hot sauce or sriracha if you like a bit of heat.
